Villa Auguste, Agde (Reference A1)
A spacious comfortably furnished air conditioned private family Villa with large ‘L’ shaped heated pool, sleeping 10 people in 5 double bedrooms with 3 three bathrooms, plus separate toilet. Lounge with inset log fire, dining room seating 10 people, plus south facing solarium. Sky TV, DVD and music centre. Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full sized cooker and microwave. Spacious laundry room with washing machine, double bowl sink unit and ironing facilities.
Adjacent to the large heated swimming pool, a fully equipped IKEA summer kitchen seating up to 10 people, with fridge/freezer, full sized cooker and microwave.
The Villa is a very pleasant 10 minute stroll along the banks of the river Herault into the centre of Agde or, you can use the cycle track into the town to visit the many restaurants, bars and markets. For all your daily shopping requirements there is a HYPER U
shopping mall 0.5km from the Villa, together with Lidl, Picards, a pharmacy and a smaller boulangerie.
The nearest golden sandy beaches of the Mediterranean are 2km from the Villa at
and can be reached by car (free parking) or the cycle track which runs alongside the river Herault.
We are able to provide bikes, baby equipment, cots, and towel hire.
