Location of the property
The villa and garden apartment are a very pleasant 10 minute stroll along the banks of the river Herault into the centre of Agde or you can use the cycle track into the town. For shopping there is a Hype U shopping mall 0.5km away and a smaller supermarket just down the road. Many bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. |

On the first floor there is an open plan living/dining room with log fire, opening into a south facing solarium. There are two double bedrooms, large bathroom with toilet, bath, shower and double vanity unit and separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, double sink and clothes dryer. Large kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer and combination microwave and an inset log fire. On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one with double bed and ensuite bathroom, and 2 further large bedrooms one with double bed and a single bed and one with 3 single beds. These 2 bedrooms have separate access to an ensuite bathroom |

An independent, fully equipped, ground floor one bedroom apartment measuring 60 sq.mts., sleeping four, with garden, patio dining area, large shower room with washing machine and laundry.
Bedroom with double bed and living room with convertible bed settee.
Fully fitted country kitchen with all new appliances inc. dishwasher, full oven/4 burner hob and microwave. Wood burning stove. Round dining table with seating for 4.
Sky TV/DVD and music centre.
Shower/toilet/utility with washing machine.
Private south facing garden, fully equiped with BBQ and sun awning.

The villa is situated in Agde, Herault, Langedoc-Russillion. The accommodation is self-catering. |

Saturday only during the months June-September. Arrivals after 4pm and departures before 10am. |

All bed linen is provided but we ask you please to bring your own towels. Towel hire available on request. The property is cleaned on changeover but clients are expected to leave the house, as found, in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning service is available by arrangement at 15 euros/hour. |

We welcome children. No smoking and no pets. Main villa not suitable for the wheelchair access. |

| Miscellaneous |
For smaller families and out of season rentals we make a charge per person per week. Our villa is warm and comfortable for a winter break, with a generous allowance for electric heating and logs which are supplied free for fires in the lounge and kitchen. Longer lets may also be possible in our villa. |
