Location of the property
This old stone house is situated in the middle of the original Greek settlement (dating back some 2500 years)behind the medieval black volcanic stone city walls. |

Set on 3 floors with the ground floor being a large dining/lounge/kitchen area with toilet and washing machine. First floor comprises 2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower and washbasin. Second floor has 2 single bedrooms opening on to a charming roof terrace. This floor also has a shower and toilet. |

The house is situated in the centre of Agde, Herault, Langedoc-Russillion. The accommodation is self-catering. |

Saturday only during the months June-September. Arrivals after 4pm and departures before 10am. |

All bed linen is provided but we ask you please to bring your own towels. Towel hire available on request. The property is cleaned on changeover but clients are expected to leave the house, as found, in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning service is available by arrangement at 15 euros/hour. |

Children welcome. No pets and no smoking. Not suitable for wheelchair access. |
