Location of the property
Situated in Agde and featured in the Town Guide this town house, behind the fishing quays, is a few steps from the boulangerie, supermarche, markets, pharmacie, tabac, post office and boucherie. Restaurants and bars are just around the corner. It is a 4km or 10 minute cycle ride to sandy beaches.

It has been newly refurbised with IKEA furniture for owners use, is for rent all year; double glazed and heated. Sleeps 2 sharing, shower, separate WC with wash-hand basin; kitchenette. Area 200 sq. ft. (1 sq m aprox. = 10 sq ft). |

All bed linen is provided but we ask you please to bring your own towels. Towel hire available on request. The property is cleaned on changeover but clients are expected to leave the house, as found, in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning service is available by arrangement at 15 euros/hour. |

The Town House
Children welcome but small children will require supervision with the stone staircase. Long term renters welcome, non smoking only, pets not allowed, unsuitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible
