To secure your reservation a deposit of 30% is required.
Final Balance
The final balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. Bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival are payable in full immediately. A refundable security deposit (see below) is also payable at this time.
Refundable security deposit

A 'Caution' or refundable security deposit is required with the balance. This will be advised at time of bookig.

This is to cover any breakages, damage to house and contents including furniture and fittings, mattresses and bedding and pool area and to ensure the house is left, as found, in a clean and tidy condition. This caution to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure.
Foreign currencies
All foreign currency transfers to be paid by Clients
